ETC HOTELS PET POLICY

Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar are pleased to welcome your favorite furry travel buddy. Well-behaved pooches of up to 25 lbs (maximum of 2 pets) are welcome at our pet-friendly luxury Santa Monica hotels. Restrictions may apply.

For a $125 per stay our canine loving staff will pamper your pet with a comfy bed, cute bowls and a complimentary stuffed toy. DOGS CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. Our Concierge team will be happy to arrange pet sitting, grooming or walking services should you require (additional costs may apply).

The City of Santa Monica welcomes dogs on the Beach Promenade, but not on the sand. Steep fines could apply, so we recommend keeping your little pal's paws on solid ground and please pick up after your pet. Only Service Dogs are allowed on the Santa Monica Pier.

Dogs must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES IN THE HOTELS' PUBLIC AREAS and are not allowed on the furniture.

Dogs are welcome on the patio at Coast Beach Café and Bar and on the Lobby Terrace at Shutters, but not in any of our other restaurants, spas, fitness centers or pool areas of our beachside hotels.

We understand that 'accidents' can happen, but additional fees may apply if excessive room cleaning is necessary after departure.
